To stay consistent with our workout routine we all need a quick workout strategy at times. One of my favor quick workout strategies is Express Band Complexes. These ar simple circuits that require minimal to no transition between exercises. The #1 key to a great Express Band Complex workout is being able to quickly adjust the resistance for several exercises to optimize intensity and results. Typically when using free weights you have to change weights, add plates or change the pin which takes added time. Using a variable resistance allows you to quickly change resistance on the fly making an Express Band Complex seamless.
