Using a Variable Resistance makes it difficult to accurately quantify the resistance your using with bands. Even though I don't feel this important, I have created a few RBT Workout Challenge formats. In today's episode of The Band Gym Minute I want to share a Simple Band Rep Challenge Format you can use to measure you strength progress. This format is easy to setup and measure. Plus it can be used no matter where your fitness level is at.
