About this Workout

To build muscle it requires a very challenging resistance, putting your muscle under tension for 15 to 30 seconds, and making sure you’re hitting between 8 to 12 reps.

The Muscle Builder Workout can be done using one band and these 5 exercises, but you need to make sure you are using resistance that makes you focus and get after it.

Training Recommendations

Rest Between Sets: 30

# Of Total Sets Per Round: 5

# Of Exercises Alternated Through Per Round: 5

# Of Recommended Rounds:  4

(Rounds can always be modified based on time available)


  1. Incline Chest Press
  2. Hose Pulls Right
  3. Hose Pulls Left
  4. Triceps Press
  5. Biceps Curls
