In this video Dave walks you through the Sweat Workout.

About the Sweat Workout

The Sweat Workout uses tempo sets to increase work effort by increasing time under tension. During this workout you will be asked to get into a rep rhythm or tempo while training with relatively heavy bands.

Each set will last for 60 seconds with a 60 second rest between sets. You will complete 6 straight sets of one exercise before moving on to the next exercise. You will be shown 5 exercises. You can perform all 5 or as many as you have time for. Enjoy the Sweat Workout.
