About the Shoulder Complex Workout

Let’s get after your shoulder today. This is a great Shoulder Complex Workout that will get your shoulders JACKED in a good way. RBT helps “pack the shoulder joint” which translated means it helps with stabilizing the shoulder joint.  

Since the rotator cuff’s job is stabilization, RBT actually helps the rotator cuff do it’s job. Just make sure you are using the right level of band resistance for each exercise and keep tension on the system throughout the entire range of motion. This is a fun summer park workout as you will soon see.

Special Note: Front Raises can be challenging for some shoulders. Substitute with a Plank if needed.

# of Exercises Alternated Through Per Round:  8

(Rounds can always be modified based on time available)
