About the Olympic Challenge Workout

The Olympic Challenge Workout will train flexibility, strength, power, agility, balance and metabolic conditioning while making your body move in multiple directions—just like all athletes must be able to do. This is an easy workout to set-up and perform anywhere.

Training Recommendations

You will be alternating through 5 exercises, performing each one for 40 seconds and resting for 20 seconds between exercises. Upon completion of all 5 exercises, rest for 1 minute and repeat the same exercise routine 4 more times, always taking a 1-minute rest after completing all 5 exercises.

Once completed, you will have done a total of 1,000 seconds of work and challenged your body to move in multiple directions.

  2. Elevated Seated Rows
  3. Skaters
  4. Bear Crawls
  5. Speed Squats
