About the New Band-Towel Workout


This New Band-Towel Workout trains the total body while implementing an off-set load to engage more core and hip stabilization. I take you through 3 or 4 different ways to perform exercises within each station.

Training Recommendations

Program Design

Work Set Time: 30
Rest Between Sets: 15
# of Total Sets Per Round: 12
# of Exercises Alternated through Per Round: 2
# of Recommended Rounds: 4 (1 each station)
(Rounds can always be modified based on time available)


Station 1 – Hose Pulls Right and Left
Station 2 – Step Ups Right and Left
Station 3 – Towel Chest Press Right and Left
Station 4 – Supine Bicep Curl – Overhead Triceps Press
