In this video Dave walks you through the Butt-Gut-Cardio Workout.

Most people don’t consider the 13-Inch Dynamic Stabilizer to be a “REAL” workout band. If you’re one of those individuals, I dare you to do this Butt-Gut-Cardio Workout with a 13 Inch Black or Green Quantum Dynamic Stabilizer.

Program Design

Work interval – 20 seconds
Rest interval – 10 seconds

Perform these 6 Dynamic Stabilizer exercises in the sequence I demonstrate. Repeat this 6 exercise sequence 4 times.
