About the Big Band Chest and Back Workout
I reached back into the archives this week and came up with a great big band chest and back workout that I enjoy bringing back around on heavy band days. However, unlike your heavy bench press day this workout won’t leave your shoulders hurting for days.
Training Recommendations
Workout Plan
Work Interval – 45 Seconds (You will have to use tempo reps)
Rest Interval – 15 Seconds (Here is where you switch to the other exercise)
Number of Total Intervals Per Set – 16 (8 of each exercise)
Equipment Needed
Pair of XL Green Bands or XXL Blue Bands
Link Strap
Band Utility Strap
