About the Tough Total Body Travel Workout
Just because you are traveling, doesn’t mean your workout has to be easy. This Tough Total Body Travel Workout is designed to train all aspects of fitness…cardio, lower body and upper body strength. It’s also going to make you move in all planes of motion.
Training Recommendations
Program Design
You will be performing 3 separate rounds that take you through 12 total sets while alternating through the exercises. Each work set is 20 seconds with a rest set of 10 seconds. Rest 2 minutes between rounds while you set up for the subsequent round.
Exercises
Round 1 Cardio Exercises (Alternate through all 4 exercises 3 times)
- Shuffle Left
- Shuffle Right
- Backpedal
- Stationary Run
Round 2 Upper Body Strength Exercises (Alternate through both exercises for 6 times)
- Chest Press
- Squat Row
Round 3 Lower Body Strength Exercises (Alternate through all 4 exercises 3 times)
- Forward Lunge Right
- Forward Lunge Left
- Side Lunge Right
- Side Lunge Left
