Hey Dave how is it going?? I am well thanks for asking. After contemplating for the longest time whether to buy The Band Gym membership, I did and am not disappointed. You always put so much free stuff on the net and I have taken advantage of it. I have been training with bands for a couple of years now and I love it. I will be traveling to Europe for about three weeks for the holidays and plan to take a couple of bands along. The Band Gym is so extensive that I have a blast looking at the different things.
