Obviously running is one of those activities that many of us enjoy doing. However, there are times when the body needs a break from running but the mind still wants to run. It’s those times that this No Run Cardio Workout comes into play.  

This workout can be done in multiple ways, but today we are going to do it in continuous fashion with no rest breaks between exercises. As a result, you will tempo your reps based on how long you wish to keep the workout going. I will provide you with my recommendations below, but feel free to modify as needed.

Training Recommendations

Program Design

Work Set Time: 1 minute
Rest Between Sets: None
# of Total Sets Per Round: 3
# of Exercises Alternated Through Per Round: 3
# of Recommended Rounds: 10
(Rounds can always be modified based on time available)
