About the Chest Cluster AMRAP Band Workout
If you enjoy or have a need to just blast your chest region, this is the workout for you. It requires minimal equipment. Most of the resistance is body weight driven and it hits what all the big guys at the gym do which is Bench – Incline Bench – Flyes. However, you are going to use bands and push-ups to get this Chest Cluster AMRAP Band Workout done.
You have 5 minutes per exercise to get as many reps as possible (AMRAP) done. After 5 minutes take 2 minutes to rest, record your reps and get set up for your next exercise.
- Resisted Elevated Push-Ups (Substitute Assisted Elevated Push-Ups if needed)
- Resisted Decline Push-Ups (Increase surface elevation for less resistance)
- Assisted Wide Base Push-Ups (Adjust band assistance as needed)
- Assisted Med-Ball Push-Ups (Adjust band assistance as needed)
