Band Workout for Travelers

Band Workout You can Do Anywhere

Most of the time when you think of a workout on the road it involves body weight strength training or some type of low intensity cardio training like jogging or stationary biking. It usually does not match the training goal you have for that day because you do not have the necessary equipment or workout plan to stay on track.

Don’t Sacrifice Your Training Goals When You Travel.

Wouldn’t it be great to have a workout that allows you to hit upper body strength, cardio, or lower body strength—all while using a resistance that would provide you with a maximal challenge while allowing you to perform any exercise you want to?

How about a power workout that lets you work on your speed, agility and explosiveness?

RBT Band Training

What about a travel band workout that allows you to stay on your high intensity, fat burning metabolic workout plan?

Implementing the Resistance Band Training System into your present workouts will provide you with unlimited training options ANYWHERE you need to workout.

Choosing the Appropriate Interval Training Program

The following band workout will hit any of the goals mentioned above by choosing the appropriate interval training program.

  1. Strength Training using 20-10 x 12 sets – Alternating between 2 or 4 exercises
  2. Metabolic Training using 45-15 x 12 sets – Alternating between 2 or 4 exercises
  3. Power Training using 10-5 x 6 sets – Repeating the same exercise

Let’s make sure you have what you need for your Anywhere Travel Band Workout.

Time to knock out your band workout.

I’ve traveled every week since mid-August, so the gym workouts are not in the cards. With this set up, I’ve been able to maintain my fitness levels and still can fit everything into a carry on bag or my backpack.

    Thanks, Dave!
