The Simple Butt-Thigh Follow Along Workout is great for several reasons but mostly because it only requires 1 band, learning 2 exercises and you can do it in your closet (minimal space needed). If you need to limit your range of motion on the squat variation exercises, do it. Split squats are one of the best knee joint friendly exercises and the straight leg dead-lifts will stretch and strengthen your hamstrings simultaneously.

Rest Between Sets: 15
# of Total Sets Per Round: 12
# of Exercises Alternated Through Per Round: 3
# of Recommended Rounds: 1 to 3 depending on time
