I 100% agree with your longevity direction.
Been following you for 10 years and have incorporated your bands into my regular training routine. I do a one-hour band workout every Sunday morning that serves as my foundational total body strength training. I believe this foundation is a major reason I am able to enjoy all my other physical activities (yoga, Animal Flow, soccer, swimming), now into my 68th year.
I appreciate your dedication to band training, for all the reasons you share, and admire your diligence in putting together your regular communications. I know it is not easy to do so. But I have found these knowledge nuggets helpful.
