I feel stronger, leaner, more energetic and can’t wait for the next workout to start. The ability to train indoors or outside is a huge plus and I’ve discovered you need very little space to maximize your workouts when using resistance bands.

I have always exercised, and was looking for information on how to… Read More »I am decidedly stronger, but better yet, I move with less pain (I had an ACL repair in 1985 which hasn’t held me back, but the bands helped me full strengthen and lengthen muscles so that my movement is essentially the same on both sides of my body), and I am leaner. My back doesn’t bother me anymore – I think this is due to better core strength which comes from working with bands!
