I am a recovering heart attack patient of 2 years ago. I have been receiving your emails and studying your work through your website for the past year. Limited space at home and not wanting to deal with heavy weights has prompted me to ramp up the work I have already begun using bands. Your explanation of flat bands over what I am currently using has convinced me to switch. I want to primarily continue the cardio workouts I do at rehab and at home, but I realize that the strength training segments, although somewhat limited, have significantly increased my endurance factor while doing the cardio. Increased strength training using the stretch bands is now my immediate goal. I have assimilated about 12 exercises which I have seen you demonstrate over the past year which I am beginning to incorporate in my home routine.
I would appreciate your thoughts (on exercises) and also my thanks for all the information and guidance you have been for me over the last year.
