First let me say thank you for motivating me to create my own band gym in the limited space I have. I’ve been following your emails and social media for a few years now and finally decided to take band training seriously. In the few months that I’ve been training, I’ve noticed increased strength and much less joint pain than when I use dumbbells and other free weights. It’s getting to the point where I have to get some thicker bands as the ones I have are getting too easy!
