I am on day 31 of the 45 Day Fit Camp. My husband and I are loving it. I specifically have been doing the hip stretches multiple times a week and I not only can tell during my workout but during daily common tasks that my body is more flexible. Along with good nutrition my body is feeling very good and full of energy to serve others around me.
