I set up an area at home to maintain my strength and fitness and your bands are my primary means of doing so.

I am a distance runner doing mostly long trail runs which require strong glutes, core and leg muscles and at 66 years old trails are not getting easier so I need to be stronger.
Worked in physical therapy for 21 years and we use resistance bands in our clinic and now that I’m retired I set up an area at home to maintain my strength and fitness and your bands are my primary means of doing so.
