I’ve been doing RBT for a couple of years and love it. I’m 74 and have been exercising all my life. I first started as a young Marine which led me into martial arts. Then came weights and gym machines. Only lately have I discovered resistance bands and with them I have seen more progress with less soreness and zero injuries than with other systems. I have even developed a band routine that replicates the motion of swimming with freediving long fins which improved my spear-fishing. Thanks Dave. I love your workouts.
