Hi Dave,
My name is Thomas Williams and I have been an RBT devotee probably for at least 4 years now (have been using resistance bands in general for a longer period). I have the basic fitness set of your bands and other than one incident when I snapped a red band, they have performed admirably. (I am tallish at 6’2” so I’m definitely pushing the bands when I’m doing squat overhead presses)
I’m a professional musician and travel close to a third of the year performing in A John Denver trib band (we play Wisconsin a lot). I needed a portable and flexible means of working out and your concepts and the build quality of the bands you carry fit the bill perfectly. Anyway, the main reason for my email is to send you kudos for the Crunch 20 program you recently posted in the band gym (I’m also a member of this ).
I am going on 60 and have been active and athletic most of my life between taekwondo through inline skating. I have a handful of my favorite Coach Dave workouts that I rotate through and all are fun and challenging. But the Crunch 20s are the jewels in the crown. I consider myself strong and in good physical shape and they look deceptively easy. My first inclination was to start with black band as this and the purple are my go tos for most exercises. After going through a few sets, I found I fell back to the red. And at the end of the 1st exercise group, I was heaving on the floor 🤪. the squat groups are particularly exhausting. Especially as they are just 20 min in length, they are perfect for catching a quick, intense workout in the morning before I pile into the van to travel to next show. I just finished creating Seconds Pro timers for all ten of the workouts ( that was tedious but worth it). Sorry to ramble on but just wanted to give you some detailed feedback and return some positive energy for all the hard work you do.
Thanks for listening and keep up the good work.
