Lately all I have been doing is contrast training, except for 1 or two days a week that I do just strictly a band only metabolic workout. For me and all my incurred injuries over time, at 59 yrs old, it has been a game changer for me!! I can now do things that I thought were done and gone forever. Thanks so much for enlightening me on contrast training.
It’s in my wheelhouse forever now and I have never felt better both physically and mentally. Keep up the good work!! God Bless.
