Thank you for consistently affirming your knowledge of the need for exercise and the type of exercise for an aging population. And, for adding to and altering our band workouts.
At age 76, I have been using your training for 5 years and continue to find it energizing. It keeps me active and allows me to do things that people significantly younger may struggle with.
