After 5 years of continued pain and “maintenance” exercises for my shoulder, I put my faith in you. Because of your one email explaining your rotator cuff issues and taking the leap to quit external rotations, etc. and focus on closed-chain exercises, I’m can proudly say I am able to complete a full series of push-ups (and even do high pulls, the worst pain previously) without any pain.
