I have been a member of the Band Gym for several years and I just wanted to reach out to you to thank you for all your work and inspiration. Based on your recommendation I read OutLive and am now really enjoying the September – 28-Day Training for Longevity workout program. 

It is fantastic and I really appreciate it when you provide us with the downloads for the Seconds app.
