When I saw your email about transparency, I just had to add that there is NOTHING like RBT. There may be hundreds of so-called fitness experts trying to sell bands online. But none of them:

Would take the time to reassure me about workouts before and after my upcoming surgery
Would give such helpful advice that’s personalized
Would be the first to tell someone NOT to buy a band if it wasn’t just right for their goals or needs

You genuinely care about helping people “get better” with bands and fitness in general. That is so much more important than a flashy website or an app. It does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. It has made a huge difference in my life. I’m sure that almost everybody you’ve connected with feels the same.

I know RBT is a business. But I have come to think of you as a most trusted coach. I’m grateful for all you do and grateful to have found RBT.
