About the Single Leg Shredder Workout
Staying strong on your feet, specifically on one foot, means having good:
- Single Leg Strength
- Single Leg Balance
- Single Leg Mobility and Flexibility
- Single Leg Power
Today I have 3 workouts for you to pick from. All are single leg workouts that require 1 band and develop all 4 of the above mentioned aspects of function. You pick.
Work Set Time: 50 seconds
Rest Between Sets: 10 seconds
# of Total Sets Per Round: 15
# of Exercises Alternated Through Per Round: 6 Exercises, 3 on Right – 3 on Left
# of Recommended Rounds: 1
