You have so many informative videos that I’ve often been guilty of paralysis by analysis when it comes to band training because there were so many possibilities. But your 28 day challenge narrowed my focus and I feel I’ve benefited from it. Thanks!
I am half way through the 28 Day Challenge and absolutely love it. I should have switched to band training years ago. I love your energy and passion you bring to the table. I do not miss going to the gym at all and love having the flexibility to workout where I want to. I will keep you posted before I finish up this challenge.

Thanks for checking in. I’ve been meaning to get back to you but I’ve been pretty busy lately. Not too busy to get my workouts (mobilizations, primers, and workouts) in though.
I started watching your videos on YouTube years ago while using bands that my friend supplied me with. Then this March I decided to get serious about routinely working out. I completed your Jump Start Program, at the intermediate level, then transitioned into the last two weeks of the 28 Day Challenge. I was so happy with my results and dedication to achieving better physical health that I then joined your Band Gym for the remainder of the year. The Momentum Builder is definitely taking it to the next level. The best part is knowing that the more I efficiently execute and push myself, the more the results will come. I love feeling muscle groups that I haven’t felt in a very long time.
With as busy as I get, it’s good to know that all I have to do is go to the Band Gym and you’ve got a plan for me. It’s all right there. Your motivation, your experience, and your innovation. With the gains that I’ve made so far, it only reinforces my dedication to continue to learn more and continually reach new heights. Thanks again for reaching out and your coaching. Hi Dave, I wanted to thank you for doing this challenge for us. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it! I reached out to you a couple of years ago with a knee injury. I purchased a starter package with the attachments, 2 red and 2 black bands and the green 13″ stabilizer (which really helped my knee regain some strength).
This challenge has finally given me the motivation to truly get started with some real training. I definitely like it better than free weights and I can feel myself getting stronger.
Thank you for the detailed demonstration and explanations you have provided. That’s what I needed to get going.

The February Challenge has been terrific, and I have just signed up for 12 months of access to The Band Gym.
Thank you SO much for all of your hard work and thoughtful, simple instruction and training.
A game changer for me has been the split squats, which have activated my glutes, helped my knees and even improved my pelvic floor coordination and function! Can’t say enough about that benefit, as a woman over 50!
I had been training with bands on my own before I found you, because I had discovered their usefulness while I was rehabbing a knee. The extra support of a band setup allowed me to complete difficult range of motion exercises while I came back. I did supported pushups, supported squats and shoulder mobilizations, just from fooling around on my own. Your systems and accessories are really taking me far beyond what I had been able to do.
As you know, most people just don’t get how amazing band work is, for low impact strength and flexibility applications. It can be endlessly adapted, and I love that! I’m thrilled to have found you and your body of work. Fantastic job, Dave.

I’m a 28-Day Challenge grad, now in the middle of my 3rd week of the 28-Day Momentum Builder. I’m happy with my Band Gym membership and have completed the checkboxes. I’m 72 and in reasonably good shape despite an artificial knee implanted 6 months ago. I’m coming off 5 years of Bodylastics/Eternity Warrior tube training, and before that about 5 years with a Total Gym. I have a set of loop bands purchased before I discovered RBT and have supplemented them with purchases of RBT bands and accessories. I plan to completely transition to Quantum over time.
As a veteran home exerciser, I wanted you to know how impressed I am with RBT. I like the versatility of the loop bands, your short instructional videos, well-balanced programs, and opportunities for personal coaching.

I LOVE this workout! Almost as much as I have loved this challenge!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and passion with us. Working out with bands has been a game-changer for me. I enjoy them so much, that I look forward to working out now. In the past, I have struggled with consistency in working out. This was mostly for 2 reasons: I hadn’t found something that I truly enjoyed and I didn’t have clear instructions. With RBT, both of these reasons have been eliminated. Thank you!

Dave… I am not on Facebook, but I wanted to let you know that the RBT 28 Day Challenge has been such a help to me. I so appreciate all the labor you put into it and all the other videos and articles I receive from you. You’ve given me hope that at 57 years of age there are ways to workout besides free weights that at my age have only proven to beat up my body.
Hi Dave, Just finished Core Chaos. It was a great program and challenging at times, especially the elevated Bulgarian split squats. I feel my strength improved, the biggest improvement was in my balance. Working in the staggered stance really helps with the balance. I completed the RBT challenge ( squat row, chest press, NG lats row, BUP, curl, & triceps press) for time of 15:41 with black bands. I join Instagram to follow you and really enjoy the posts. I worked in one of the leg workouts, dynamic stabilizer workout, and old school Bicep/triceps workouts during the month for my extra weekly workout.
