Here is how the Challenge will work.

You will be provided Free access to The Band Gym for 28 Days.

During that time you will be provided a new Ab Workout to try each day.

You will also be provided 4 Ab coaching sessions to assist you with your Ab Workouts.

As your coach I will be available to assist you with modifications as needed.

Each workout will take 5 to15 minutes to complete so they can be added to your present workout or done as a stand-alone workout.

What equipment will you need for The Ab Workouts??

  1. 1 or 2 - 41” Bands and 1-13” Band (Band package recommendation below)
  2. A secure attachment point for your band

Optional items:

  • Furniture Sliders
  • A small pair of Db's (5 to 15lbs)
  • A towel
  • A Wooden or PVC Dowel
