I’ve been following you for quite a while now. I enjoy your insights on Band training and have been doing band training myself for about 4 yrs.
I’m going to be 65 yrs old this year and I use the bands between playing Racquetball 3 days a week. I feel they give me the advantage of being in top physical condition to play the game without taking from my body.
I just want to tell you that I enjoy your site and I wish you continued success in the future.
