Thanks for a great camp. I enjoyed the wide variety of exercises, and your instructions and modification options. RBT is the cornerstone of my fitness activities and I consider it essential for me to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
I like the way you structured each week of the camp – attachment free, attached, AMRAP, 500/400 reps, and “greatest hits.” It’s a great way of introducing (or reminding those of us who are Band Gym members) of the formats we can use for programming band exercises.
I look forward to next year’s camp and to your continuous additions to the Band Gym.
