I just wanted to reach out and thank you again for the support and helping me figure out what band and programs to start with.
I did my first work out with the 28 day jumpstart program, and I feel great! As someone who used to play ice hockey in my younger days and being accustomed to strength training in the gym, I can see that using even the yellow resistance bands from my first workout gave me the same feeling after a hard workout using weights back in gym days. And it feels great.
I can tell it’s going to take a Short time to adjust to using the bands, changing them up between exercises and progressing in the resistance level during each exercise.
But, I’m super excited and much less anxious than I was when I initially purchased this. You make it so easy to just follow along and learn from you and give all the information needed to be successful, and I just wanted to thank you again for doing that. I thought you would appreciate the positive feedback. As a teacher, I realize how important that kind of feedback is.
Having just finished a six week body-weight only training program through an app, The personalization Of your program and in-depth information you give is second to none and makes the body weight program feel a little empty in actual instruction.
