Accountability check-in/letting you know how Fit Camp is going for me.

1/3 of the way in already? Whoa.

Got a little more of a confidence boost this week. I didn’t meet any exercises that felt like they crushed me, and I even surprised myself by needing to go up to heavier bands with some exercises.

You may also have converted me to traditional splits. I used to think they were boring. Now I’ve come to appreciate waking up the next day with only some tired body parts instead of all of them.

I also want to tell you that I REALLY appreciate you coming at this from a physical therapist’s perspective, with stability and injury prevention as explicit goals.
