My goals with RBT… maintain strength and flexibility.
Covid-19 led me to you. The gyms closed which led me to Now What? A swim coach buddy of mine suggested I check the web for resistance band trainers and routines, which led me to you and believe me I checked all the trainers out.
Been working your routines for a few weeks now and my joints remain strong, supple and pain free. Better shoulder ROM.
You have a positive get it done attitude which I like.
Love the challenge and the core work mixed in with your routines.
