I never could have done that progress with my free-weight routines of years past.

Dave:

I will be 61 next March. I had surgery in early June on my right elbow for a staph infection. I was released on July 10th to start strength and rehab “on my own”.

I am doing full 60-minute band tabata workouts for the past 2 weeks and ramped up to that from July 10th when I started with light bands. I never could have done that progress with my free weight routines of years past. I also use bands to stretch every day.
