Dave, Since beginning resistance band training I have lost 12 pounds and I’m really seeing the difference. For the first time in 25 years, I am under 200 pounds. I have lost a total of 60 pounds and while most of the weight has been lost prior to beginning resistance band training, I am actually SEEING more of a difference since beginning RBT. Thanks again!
