My trainer (at One Fit Body) incorporated resistance band work into my weekly exercise routine almost three years ago. My balance, strength, and stability have improved, along with my overall fitness. I’m an avid golfer with a single digit handicap. I walk 18 holes 2 days a week, with no back pain – not bad for 63 years old. Thank you for your weekly exercise videos. I continue to expand my resistance band menu of options, which keeps my weekly program fresh and interesting. I take at least one band wherever I travel maintaining the discipline and staying fit.
