I just want to say how much I love your workouts – I can no longer do weights as they make my glute/hip problem worse & I also have a pelvic weakness (after 3 children!) so heavy lifting isn’t great for me. I was so relieved to find your website & such an exciting alternative. I actually find the band workouts way more enjoyable than weights, much more interesting & way more dynamic. I always enjoy getting your emails & finding out more.
