About the Everything Workout
The Everything Workout has everything … total body strength, power, agility, speed, and fat loss calorie burning. What else is there?? This type of workout is only possible with bands because of their unlimited versatility.
You will need 3 to 4 pairs of bands, a hook up, training handles, a link strap, and big time effort.
