About the Better Butt Workout

 

The key to improving how your butt muscles work is making sure they are always hinging well. This 3 exercise Better Butt Workout incorporates a horizontal vector band with a vertical vector kettlebell to make sure the butt knows exactly what to do. Plus, once you master these drills this is a great interval cardio workout.

Training Recommendations

Program Design

Work Set Time: 45 seconds
Rest Between Sets: 15 seconds
# of Total Sets Per Round: 3
# of Exercises Alternated Through Per Round: 3
# of Recommended Rounds: 7
(Rounds can always be modified based on time available)

Band Setup

Linked up purple bands with a 30 lb KB

Exercises

  1. Band – Kettlebell Swings
  2. Band – Kettlebell High Pulls
  3. Band Broad Jumps
