Lifting Weights is Not the Only Way to Get Stronger and Create a Leaner YOU

It’s a fact that interval strength training is critical to maintaining an active lifestyle.  However, as we age, tendons, joints, and muscles become less tolerant to traditional programs that only incorporate lifting weights.  


Fortunately lifting weights is not the only way to get stronger. Resistance bands can also build strength. Matter of fact, over the past 10 years, for most professional athletes in their 30s and 40s, bands have become their GO-TO strength training option due to bands’ joint-friendliness, faster recovery, and lower risk of injury benefits. 


If it works for them, it will work for you.

It All STARTS with EDUCATION 

As a fitness coach, I know when it comes to getting results with resistance bands, the key is learning how to properly use them. I also know that the best way to learn is by teaching, explaining and allowing you to practice. This is exactly how the 28 Day Resistance Band Challenge is set up. For 6 Days a week, I will provide you with progressive training information that will follow this weekly format:


Days 1 and 2

20 to 30-minute training sessions where you learn new warm-up routines

Band setups and exercises. 


Day 3

10 to 15 minutes of classroom videos and articles that help

you better understand the training session.


Days 4 and 5

Actual 30-minute workouts built for you to follow

based off of the previous training sessions.

 

Day 6

10 to 15 minutes of classroom videos and

articles to prep you for the upcoming week.


Day 7

Will be an off day or catch up day if needed.




By completing your training and subsequently meeting the challenge each day, you will expand your Resistance Band Training knowledge while getting your body feeling and moving better.


To help support and motivate you during the challenge, there will be a private facebook group created to provide for a convenient and timely way to share information as well as support each other during the challenge.


Plus there will small weekly individual awards as well as a Challenge Finale contest where every challenge participant will have a chance to win a special RBT Fit Package.

Q: Who should participate in The RBT 28 Day Challenge??

A: Anyone that wants to learn how to safely and efficiently start training with resistance bands using the proven RBT Method.


Q: Why is there a $19 fee to take the challenge??

A: When you have skin in the game, you stay committed.   


Q: Will I need bands to compete the challenge??

A: Yes. Once you sign up, I provide you with a minimal cost-effective band package recommendation if you do not already have some.   


Q: Can I do the challenge in my home or apartment?

A: Yes. All you need is a small area and a door to do the training and workouts.


Q: Can I do the challenge if I don’t workout routinely?

A: Yes the challenge is set up to accommodate almost any fitness level by allowing you to set your own training pace. However, the goal is to provide you an exercise program you can continue on with after the challenge is completed.


Q: How will videos and articles be provided to me??

A: all videos and articles will be placed onto a webpage that participants will be given instant access to upon registering. This page will be easily viewed by any portable device that has access to the internet. 


Q: Will I have the ability to correspond to Dave directly when needed?

A: Dave as well as the RBT Challenge Team will be available throughout the challenge to answer your questions. Also there will be daily monitoring of the Private FB Page.


Q: If I am unable to physically do training within the challenge am I provided a refund of my Registration Fee?

A: The Challenge is 100% Guaranteed. If you are not 100% Satisfied with the quality or value of the challenge or are unable to perform the exercises do to physical restrictions, we will provide you with a full refund of your registration fee prior to Day 21 of the challenge.
