Resistance Band Crossover Set up Workout

 

 Combining up 2 bands for the crossover set up and than adding another band to do upper and lower torso movements allows you to not only load the vertical vector but also provides you opportunities to challenge the horizontal vector.

 

Using a 40-20 Workout Muse sound track perform the following exercise in a row followed by a 1 minute recovery before repeating 4 more rounds

1. Front Squat

2. Push Press

3. Bilateral Deadlift

4. Horizontal Push

5. Lateral hops
