Partner Kettlebell – Resistance Band Workouts

  

Perform the following workout using the 40s on – 20s off workoutmuse mayhem sound track.    Start by having Partner 1 perform 5 exercises using a kettlebell while Partner 2 performs 5 exercises with a single resistance band.  Make sure resistances are simular.  Switch tools at the 1 minute break and perform the same 5 exercise workout.   Each partner should perform 2 total rounds with each tool.
