Stretching out the hamstrings must occur in 3 planes of motion to get positive results.  It also has be dynamic using an active contract – relax approach.

Hip Rotation Stretch

 

When it comes to eliminating low back pain and getting your hips working, you must have good hip rotation.  I have found nothing better at getting hips rotating again than using bands.

Get better with bands by stretching first
