Get ready because here comes the RBT Mini course grand finale. You have come so far over the past 8 sessions that I would hope you are cranking out your own workouts by now. However if that is not the case, let me get you rocking with 4 quick workouts and several ways to modify the workouts if you want even more variety.
Get out the paper and pencil to take notes of how I structure the workouts. It’s a core, followed by a Push then a pull and finally a locomotion drill. All you do is fill in the blanks and get after it.
