The THUNDER

 

 

I would like to introduce you to the “Thunder Band”. This 74 inch long band will allow two athletes to quickly set up and conveniently train all Reactive Band Speed Drills, Explosive Starts, Plyometrics, and Multi-directional Partner resisted running anywhere, anytime and at any intensity using only “one link free” band set-up.

As your athletes train they will immediately find that the Thunder Band not only provides a more comfortable feel but it will also allow them to add 1 additional step to all drills.

Thunder Band Specifics and Recommendations:

 

Length: 74 inches long (approximately 3 inches longer that 2 linked up bands)

Resistance Levels:

Teal (2″Wide) Approximately 40-120lb

Maroon (2.5″wide) Approximately 120 – 200lbs

Royal Blue (3″wide) Approximately 200 – 250lb

Construction: Layered Band construction with Latex Bonding and a Latex Weld to prevent peeling.

Training Distance Recommendations: Approximately 5 yards

  • All Lower Torso Lunges, Jumps, and Hops
