The Playground workout is an example of how to maximize a single band package or a multi-band package while setting up a workout at a playground
Obviously which band you use for which exercise will depend on:
How many band of each kind you have
What your training group strength level is
Which band exercises best match your training goal.
However as a change of pace workout or a way to introduce bands into your group training, a play ground workout is awesome and a great way to provide exposure to your camp.
Exercises
Orange Band - Elevate Mountain Climbers or Push ups
Red Band - Picnic Table Press
Black Band – Tricep Extensions or Rotational Chops
Purple Band - 2 Step running drills
Green Band - Assisted Pull ups or plyo pullups
Blue Band - Horizontal Chest Press
Grey Band - Hose pulls
Mega Black Band - Split Squats, Bulgarian Squats, Power step ups
