Terms of service
To place an Order, choose one of the following options
- Online: Enter your order directly on the World Wide Web. We provide a “shopping cart” to allow you to select products as you browse our website. When checking out, we provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy including credit card information.
- Telephone: Call in your order at 1-262-305-4753 between 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Thursday and until 3:00pm CST on Friday. We will return your call within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Please feel free to give us available times we can call you back.
- Email with Paypal invoice: You can email us you order at info@resistancebandtraining.com and we will invoice you through paypal. Please include your paypal email address if you have one. Once the invoice has been paid we will ship your products the next day.
- For detailed product information, please check our website first (http://resistancebandtraining.com/store/) . If you cannot find what you’re looking for, send us an email at info@resistancebandtraining.com. We do not sell our customer list, so rest assured that your privacy is protected.
Purchase Orders:
We do except PO’s if you are a High School or University organization. We ask that you provide us with the purchase order along with the number. Once we receive the PO we will ship products along with sending invoice to business office specified.
Payment Options
We accept the following:
Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover
Money Order – The money order must be in U.S. funds. Please make sure your name is on the money order. We will ship the products as soon as we receive the money order.
Personal Checks - We do except person checks. We will ship order once check has been cleared by our bank. Your physical address and telephone number must also be pre-printed or hand written onto the check. No PO Box addresses accepted.
Domestic Shipping Options
We pride ourselves on being able to process and ship all products within 24 hours of the order being received Monday through Friday. Please allow 5-8 days for delivery. Holidays could extend this by 1-2 days so plan accordingly.
We ship UPS ground in most cases. If faster shipping is needed this must be pre-approved and pre-paid.
UPS Ground shipping occurs at 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday. All orders that occur after 3:00 PM CST Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
International Shipping Option
We are excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to purchase our bands online, however our site is presently not set-up to automatically calculate international shipping.
Therefore you are welcome to purchase and submit your order online through our website shopping cart as if you were a domestic customer but must understand that the shipping rate you are charged will not reflect the total international shipping and handling cost. Upon receiving your order we will manually check on what the “exact” cost for shipping and handling will be and will promptly email you what your additional shipping and handling balance ( total International shipping cost less what you have already paid at the time of online purchase) will be. Once approve this additional international shipping charge we will be processed onto your credit card and prior to products being shipped.
Refunds
If after receiving your additional shipping notice you wish to cancel your order, you will have the ability to request a full refund of your original order.
Additional Fees, Duties, Taxes or Tariffs
Please understand that we are not able to monitor or control any duties, fees, tariffs, or taxes that are associated with shipping internationally to your country. Therefore, as an international customer it will be your responsible to understand and pay for any additional fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes that are charged by your government at the time of delivery.
Shipping to specific countries
If we are unable to ship to your country we will inform you of this immediately and quickly refund your order unless you have a domestic address we can ship to.

Sales Tax
Currently, only Wisconsin residents are subject to state sales tax collected by Resistance Band Training Systems, LLC
International customers may be subjected to taxes payable to your own country upon receiving the package, but we do not collect or know what the amount of these taxes are. Check with your country’s tax authority prior to your order to avoid unexpected costs.
Damage Products
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Resistance Band Training Systems within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then replace any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise. Inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with driver if possible.
Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected. Keep all original cartons and merchandise as received.
Damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.
Return Policy
All returns and exchanges are welcomed by Resistance Band Training Systems. Just return the item with notation of all your information and instructions regarding your exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment.
Product Warranty
We provide a 1 year warranty on all defective bands. To receive a refund, customers need to ship band/s back to us at which time we will inspect the bands. Understand that we will take full responsibility for replacing defective bands but will contact customer if it is found that bands that are returned do not represent a normal defect but rather a misuse of bands.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Althought every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of a certain product. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will ship out the in stock item and hold the back order item until the item is in stock. Realize this is not the case with international shippments. In this case we will contact the customer and give them an approximate date that their complete shippment will be sent.
